William M. Copeland is an accomplished attorney whose practice centers on healthcare activities. Experienced in Medicare and Medicaid fraud and abuse analysis and has advised many healthcare organizations regarding legality of programs and billing activities as well as compliance programs. Mr. Copeland has over twenty-five years experience in healthcare, with twelve as a hospital Chief Executive Officer. Actively involved in health care activities at the national and state, as well as the local level, he has been a member of several association boards and committees. Mr. Copeland is the author of several articles and publications and is a frequent speaker to hospital and medical staff audiences concerning fraud and compliance issues. He is a panel member of the American Health Lawyers Dispute Resolution Service, the American Arbitration Association, the National Arbitration Forum and the Hamilton County Court Arbitration Service.
